November 21 — 27, 2021 Moscow Workshops will hold the boot camp for competitive programming — Moscow International Workshop. Student teams from all over the world are invited to participate. The program includes the RuCode Festival, which will take place on November 21. The Workshop will be organized in the online format.
The main purpose of the training camp is to prepare student teams for successful performance at competitive programming championships.
The best of the best students come to us! 9 of the 12 medalists of the ICPC 2020 finals were trained in Moscow Workshops.
Program
The Workshop helps students to prepare for the stages of the ICPC championship. The official language of educational program is English.
The training program includes solution of contests, analysis of tasks with coaches and lectures from leading Russian universities professors, former participants and winners of ICPC.
Head of the programming committee is Mikhail Tikhomirov, the coach of gold medalists ICPC 2016 and 2018, 2020; silver medalists 2017 and bronze 2019. The main moderator of the contests is Oleg Khristenko, the Chief Judge of Moscow Workshops and Editor-in-Chief of Snarknews.
Training will be conducted in two divisions:
- Division А is designed to prepare students to participate and win medals in the ICPC World Finals.
- Division B is designed to help teams prepare for regional and international competitions.
Online participation contains full educational program:
- 5 five-hour contests
- access to upsolving of the contests within six months after the beginning of the Workshop;
- access to the stream, video recording and materials of the contest analysis;
- access to the stream, video recording and materials of the lectures (for div.B);
- electronic certificate of participation for the team.
Cost of participation
The earlier payment is made, the lower the cost of participation is. The cost of participation for teams from Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries is determined in rubles, for teams from other countries — in US dollars.
