The International Training Camp in Competitive Programming in PetrSU finished yesterday. 56 teams from Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Finland and many other countries. The organizers of the contest noted that this year a new record was established for the quantity of participating countries. During 9 days the participants were upgrading their skills by solving problems for 5 hours.
From the 6th to 14th February 2017 “Hello Barcelona” Programming Bootcamp is held in the capital of Catalonia. The students from all over the world have come to prepare for the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM - ICPC). The event is hosted by Barcelona’s Harbour.Space University.
This weekend the Phystechpark hosted the Moscow Competitive Programming Festival, held within the framework of Two Capitals Cup. The Festival was organized by Laboratory for IT-Education Development of MIPT, and the Two Capitals Cup by two major universities: MIPT and SPbSU. The final stage of Public Programming Contest of National University of Science and Technology”(NUST) “MISIS”, MIPT and Cognitive Technologies took place at the MIPT and NUST "MISIS" on the 15th January, 2017. The most successful high-school students, who had solved two or more tasks during the online selection stage, participated in the internal tour.
This Сontest is the part of the list of school competitions of the Russian Council. The winners and awardees will be able to get into the number of leading Russian universities. For the second year runnig, the Laboratory for IT-education Development (LITED) hosts the Contest.
For the first time in Barcelona, the international programming bootcamp Hello Barcelona will be held by the Moscow Workshops ACM ICPC formula on February 6-14. The receiving party is university Harbour Space.
